Product Principle with Battery Testing Equipment:
The equipment fills helium inside the workpiece under test to create a pressure differential between the interior and exterior. By scanning the exterior surface with a specialized suction gun connected to a high-precision leak detector, leaks are promptly and accurately detected and located. Upon detection of a leak, the system issues an alarm, ensuring efficient and accurate airtightness testing of the battery pack, thereby enhancing its quality, safety, and supporting quality control.

Firstly, the system is equipped with automatic helium concentration monitoring function, which can monitor and display the concentration of helium in real-time, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the testing environment. At the same time, when the helium concentration exceeds the preset range, the system will immediately issue a concentration alarm, reminding operators to take measures promptly to ensure the safety of the test.
